❤️Our school held the [Tai O Parent-Child Tour 🌿 Learning Journey] on Monday, December 8, 2025. We are grateful to have spent a fulfilling and heartwarming day with all the parents and children in Tai O! ☀️
We ventured together into the mangrove green tunnel, where we observed the lively movements of fiddler crabs and mudskippers up close 🦀🐟; we visited the century-old heritage site, the Tai O Heritage Hotel, to experience its rich historical architectural atmosphere 🏛️📸.
The most exciting part was the parent-child salted egg-making activity! The children watched the egg yolks rolling in their hands, and even though they got “covered in sticky egg liquid,” it couldn’t hide their excited smiles as they discovered the wonders of traditional craftsmanship 🥚👐✨.
Finally, everyone made and tasted steaming hot white bean porridge 🥣. This bowl of lightly sweet porridge not only warmed the stomach but also provided high-quality plant-based protein 💪, allowing the children to learn about nutritional value through delicious food.
