School Introduction
In 2000, Po Leung Kuk acquired a detached two-storey building in Affluence Garden, Tuen Mun, to operate the 22nd non-profit-making kindergarten. In 2001, we received donation from Dr. Jonathan Koon-shum Choi, the President of Hong Kong Sunwah Group, and named as the Po Leung Kuk Choi Koon Shum Kindergarten.
Our school upholds the mission of promoting education and nurturing youngsters and takes "Love, Respect, Diligence, Integrity" as our motto. We aim to help children achieve five developmental objectives, namely "Moral Development", "Cognitive and Language Development", "Physical Development", "Affective and Social Development", and "Aesthetic Development".
Our school follows the guidelines written by the Education Bureau. We are committed to provide diversified learning activities to enlighten the growth of young children and fully develop their potential through a wide range of activities. At the same time, we pay attention to students’ physical development and mental health. Through parent-school co-operation and communication, we offer students with requisite support and assistance.
In order to create an ideal learning atmosphere for children and keep pace with the times, our teaching staff strives for progress, continuously enhances teaching skills and professional knowledge, Therefore, students can enjoy a fun and enjoyable experience in the first stage of study and get well prepared for the next learning journey.
