“ECF – Kids Greenway
Outdoor Environmental Educational Programme for Teacher Training”
Briefing session – Content: (1) The concept, objectives and contents of the “ECF – Kids Greenway- Outdoor Environmental Educational Programme for Preschool students”. (2) The schedule of professional teacher training workshops and eco-tour arrangements.
1. To enhance teachers’ professional knowledge and teaching skills in music and movement, physical fitness and dance.
2. To enhance teachers’ professional competence in designing related activities and curriculum planning.
Outdoor experience – Training includes: the key points of outdoor environmental education and an overview of Hong Kong’s ecology and biodiversity; learning to use suitable places in the urban area to conduct outdoor environmental education activities, using birds, plants and urban insects as examples.
