As the Hong Kong Observatory will be issuing the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no.8 until 11:40am today, the Education Bureau announced at 5.55am that classes of all day schools (AM, PM and whole-day schools), including secondary schools, primary schools, special schools, kindergartens, and kindergartens-cum-child care centres, will be suspended today.
