2023/2024 School Year Admission Arrangements: K1 Classes in Kindergarten
Online Application System:
An online application system will be launched on 1st September 2021 (Please refer to the notice 2023-2024 admission – online application system for details).
The child applicants must be:
(a) Hong Kong residents with rights of abode, right to land or valid permission to remain without any conditions of stay (other than the limit of stay) in Hong Kong; and
(b) born on or before 31st December 2020.
Applicants can submit applications online including application form completion, payment of application fee, and application form submission:
The interview notification will be sent out by email on or before 30th October 2022. For the applicant who hasn’t received any email until 1 November 2022, please contact the kindergarten at 2386 6983.

Applicants may also visit the kindergarten to collect the form.
Application forms are available during the period from 1st September 2022 to 30th October 2022.
Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Submission of the Completed Application Forms
Applicants may send the completed application forms together with the copies of necessary identity documents to the kindergarten in person.
During the period of 5th October 2022 to 30th October 2022.
Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Application fee: HK$40 (to be paid when submitting the application form), regardless of whether the application is successful or not, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Application for “2023/24 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
Parents are required to apply to the EDB for a “2023/24 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereinafter referred to as “RC” ) for their children from September to November 2022.
2023/24 “RC” has been accepted for applications since September 2022. For details, please visit the EDB website.
Admission Criteria:
1. Interview performance
2. The child applicant’s sibling(s) who are currently studying in our kindergarten will be given priority for admission.
3. For full-time classes, admission priority will be given to child applicants from needy families. (Please note: Not all applicants who meet the priority criteria(s) will be accepted for admission due to the limitation of the places.)
Interview Arrangement:
1. Interviews will be arranged for all applicants.
2. Interviews will be conducted in November 2022. Parents will be notified by email or post (for applicants who fail to provide an email address).
3. Interview will be conducted in small groups and/or in one-to-one.
4. Parent is required to accompany his/her child to the interview.

6. Please bring the following documents on the day of the interview:
o Original copy of the Birth Certificate of the child applicant..
o 4 return envelopes, each with a correspondence address and sufficient postage stamps (applicable to applicants who fail to provide an email address).
o Original copy of the deposit slip (applicable to applicants who use the online application system to upload the deposit slip to pay the application fee).
Announcement of the Admission Result:
Admission result will be notified by email or post (applicable to applicants who fail to provide an email address) by 16th December 2022.
Registration Arrangement:
1. For successful applicants: parents are required to register at the kindergarten within the specified time during the period of 5th January 2023 to 7th January 2023 (“Centralized Registration Dates”), by submitting the original copy of 2023/24 “RC” and paying the registration fee.
2. For the waitlisted applicants: After completing the registration procedures for the successful applicants, the kindergarten will start to notify the successful waitlisted applicants by phone calls. Parents are required to register at the kindergarten at the specified time, by submitting the original copy of 2023/24 “RC” and paying the registration fee.
3. Please note that if parents fail to submit valid “RC” on the specified registration date, the kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration for the child. Hence, parents are required to submit the application to the EDB for the “RC” within the designated period.
4. The registration fee for half-day kindergarten place is HK$970; for full-day kindergarten place is HK$1,570 in the 2023/24 school year. If the parent decides to change schools for his/her child after the registration, please inform the kindergarten in writing. After receiving the written notification by the parent, the kindergarten will return the “RC” to the parent, but the registration fee will not be refunded. The kindergarten will no longer reserve the place for the child after returning the RC to the parent.
