2027/28 K1 Admission Arrangements
1. Online Admission System
Parents may apply through the Kindergarten’s Online Admission System by completing the application form, paying the application fee and submitting the application online.
For payment by bank transfer, please deposit the application fee into the Kindergarten’s HSBC bank account: 139-001234-001
For details, please refer to the Kindergarten’s website. The relevant online admission information will take effect from 1 June 2026.
The Kindergarten will send interview notification emails to applicants who apply through the Online Admission System on or before 16 October 2026. If parents do not receive the email by 23 October 2026, please contact the Kindergarten at 2697 2162 for enquiries.
2. Collection of Paper Application Forms
There is no quota for the distribution of application forms. Parents may obtain the application form through any of the following methods:
1. Download the application form from the Kindergarten’s website;
2. Obtain the application form in person at the Kindergarten; or
3. Request the application form by post.
Distribution Period:
Date: 1 June 2026 (Monday) to 30 October 2026 (Friday)
Time: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
3. Submission of Application Forms
There is no quota for the submission of K1 applications.

Date: 2 June 2026 (Tuesday) to 17 October 2026 (Saturday)
Time: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Submission Methods
Parents may submit the completed application form in person at the Kindergarten or by post.
*The application form must be submitted together with the required documents, including the relevant identity documents.
Application Fee
The application fee is HK$40.
*The application fee must be paid upon submission of the application form. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the application is successful or unsuccessful.
4. Application for the “2027/28 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
The Government has implemented the Free Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme(the “Scheme”) since the 2017/18 school year. Each eligible child will be issued only one valid registration document for kindergarten admission. All kindergartens participating in the Scheme can only admit children holding a valid registration document.
Parents are required to apply to the Education Bureau (EDB) for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (RC) between September and November 2026.
Applications for the RC will open in September 2026. The EDB will announce the application details in due course. Parents are advised to visit the EDB website for the latest information.

5. Admission Criteria
Applications will be considered according to the following criteria:
1. Interview performance;
2. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who have siblings currently studying at the Kindergarten.
6. Interview Arrangements
1. The Kindergarten will arrange interviews for all children applying for K1 admission.
2. Interviews will be conducted from 2 to 7 November 2026. Applicants who apply through the Online Admission System will be notified by email, while applicants who do not apply online will be notified by post.
3. Interviews will be conducted in groups and/or individually.
4. Parents should accompany their child to the interview.
5. For Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) children, interpretation and/or translation services may be arranged where necessary. Alternatively, parents may arrange for a Chinese-speaking relative or friend to accompany the child to facilitate communication. Please contact the Kindergarten at 2697 2162 if interpretation or translation service is required.
6. Please bring the following documents on the interview day:
Original copy of the child’s birth certificate;
Three reply envelopes with the correspondence address and sufficient local postage affixed to each envelope (for applicants who do not apply through the Online Admission System);
Original bank-in slip/bank receipt for the application fee (for applicants who have paid the application fee through the Online Admission System by uploading the bank-in slip).
7. Announcement of Admission Results
The Kindergarten will notify parents of the K1 admission results on or before 16 November 2026.
Applicants who apply through the Online Admission System will be notified by email, while non-online applicants will be notified by post.
8. Registration Arrangements
1. Successful Applicants
Parents should complete the registration procedures at the Kindergarten during the Centralized Registration Dates from 7 to 9 January 2027 at the designated time.
Parents are required to submit the original copy of the RC / Admission Pass (AP) and pay the registration fee.
2. Applicants on the Waiting List
The Kindergarten will notify parents of the registration arrangements. Parents should complete the registration procedures on the specified date and submit the original copy of the RC / AP and pay the registration fee.
3. Important Reminder
If parents fail to submit a valid registration document during the specified registration period, the Kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration procedures for the admitted child.
Parents are therefore strongly advised to apply for the relevant registration document from the EDB within the specified application period.
4. Registration Fee
Registration fee for the 2027/28 school year: Half-day class: HK$970; Whole-day class: HK$1,570
If parents decide to transfer their child to another kindergarten after completing registration, they must return to the kindergarten where the child was originally registered and scan the QR code on the electronic RC / AP to complete the cancellation of registration.
Once the cancellation procedure has been completed, the Kindergarten will no longer reserve the school place for the child, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
