Implement constructive play

Empowerment can help improve higher-order thinking and enjoyable learning, and absorb what they have learned through multiple senses and the ninth senses of imagination. When teaching in large classes, teachers construct knowledge from interaction and cultivate different generic skills. Children with strong abilities learn to help other peers in the classroom and lead the weaker learners. Children can praise and appreciate each other, learning in a pleasant atmosphere. It helps to stimulate children's high-level thinking. This interest will naturally lead to genuine happy learning because this enthusiasm and interest produces purposeful and conscious efforts. Children will persist in solving real and important problems. Satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment help improving children's higher-order thinking.

Teachers will play constructive games with children. Children are placed in groups of four. Each group is often invited to share and discuss. The teacher guides the children to discuss together. During the process, the teacher will give feedback when appropriate to encourage and appreciate the children’s high-level participation and active presenting.
