Our school has always been committed to promoting environmental education and actively participating in activities organized by external environmental organizations to design a more suitable, comprehensive, and balanced green curriculum for young children.
Through the "Food Wise Campus" project, we integrate various activities—such as educational talks, food waste machine workshops, visits to community kitchens, and organic farming experience—into our curriculum. These initiatives help children understand Hong Kong’s food waste issues and cultivate proper values around cherishing food and preventing waste.
Guided by professional farmers, children learn to recycle food waste into compost and experience hands-on organic farming together. This not only greens our campus but also contributes to building a better and more harmonious Hong Kong.
